It shouldn’t take 4 days to replace a recalled charger battery cable and blaming too few Taycan repairers is insulting to customers. Also, sloppy work on tire air refills: 4 pound difference on front tires.

If you’re looking for an honest and authentic salesperson without the high-pressure tactics or attitude, I would highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Sarah Mendoza at Porsche Larchmont. While the local dealership in Greenwich went radio silent on me when I requested a test drive, Sarah at Larchmont responded right away and was happy to accommodate. Whether it’s the service dept or sales I’ve only ever had positive experiences here and just wanted to highlight that.

Prompt and courteous service.

Reception was very quick, almost no wait even though there were few other customers. The car was serviced well- reasonable time- about 2 hours. I wish I was offered a ride since I didn't want to wait, but not a big deal.

Elliot, and his Porsche Classic colleagues, did a fantastic job of handling my car (993 Turbo) and saving me a ton of brain damage. He confirmed that Porsche Larchmont has a working PST-2 diagnostic tool (these are mythical - often seen never found in working condition) and he sorted out an electronic reset in seconds. In addition, he was able to have 3 keys reprogrammed a feat often attempted and never completed. Thoroughly impressive - GREAT experience.
