It shouldn’t take 4 days to replace a recalled charger battery cable and blaming too few Taycan repairers is insulting to customers. Also, sloppy work on tire air refills: 4 pound difference on front tires.

If you’re looking for an honest and authentic salesperson without the high-pressure tactics or attitude, I would highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Sarah Mendoza at Porsche Larchmont. While the local dealership in Greenwich went radio silent on me when I requested a test drive, Sarah at Larchmont responded right away and was happy to accommodate. Whether it’s the service dept or sales I’ve only ever had positive experiences here and just wanted to highlight that.
